Current Opportunities

  • Oversees the overall planning and execution of SGSL events.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead event planning from concept to execution

    • Manage timelines, logistics, and run-of-show

    • Coordinate vendors, facilitators, and team members

    • Ensure events align with SGSL experience and vision

    You’re a fit if you:

    • Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

    • Can lead and problem-solve in real time

    • Love bringing ideas to life through experiences

  • Supports event planning and ensures smooth day-of execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event prep and logistics

    • Support setup, check-in, and breakdown

    • Help manage materials and guest experience

    • Be a point of support during events

    • Are reliable, hands-on, and collaborative

    • Enjoy being in the energy of live events

    • Can stay calm and helpful in fast-paced moments

  • Captures and creates content that reflects the SGSL aesthetic and voice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Capture photo/video content at events

    • Create reels, TikToks, and IG content

    • Assist with posting and content ideas

    • Help visually tell the SGSL story

    You’re a fit if you:

    • Have a strong eye for aesthetic and storytelling

    • Enjoy creating lifestyle/wellness content

    • Understand social media trends (especially TikTok/IG)

  • Supports brand partnerships and helps expand SGSL’s reach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research aligned brands and collaborators

    • Assist with outreach (email + IG)

    • Track partnerships and communication

    • Support sponsor activations for events

    You’re a fit if you:

    • Are a strong communicator and relationship-builder

    • Are interested in brand strategy or marketing

    • Feel confident reaching out and following up

  • Nurtures the SGSL community and keeps members engaged.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and engage in the Heylo group

    • Welcome new members and spark conversations

    • Respond to DMs/comments when needed

    • Help maintain a warm, inclusive community vibe

    • Are naturally warm, social, and thoughtful

    • Love connecting people and building community

    • Pay attention to energy and inclusivity

  • Provides behind-the-scenes support to keep everything running smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Track RSVPs, attendance, and basic data

    • Help manage spreadsheets and organization

    • Support light logistics and coordination

    • Assist with general admin tasks

    • Enjoy structure, systems, and organization

    • Like supporting a team behind the scenes
