Through gentle movement, a restorative sound bath, and shared rituals, we’ll honor the quiet blooms within us — the growth nurtured by rest and the silent battles we each carry.

Flow into the last few months of the year with us as we gather to celebrate how far we’ve come, honor all that we’re becoming, and build community with other soft girls in Boston. The Next Wave: Soft Girls at Sea is a two-part end-of-summer gathering hosted by Soft Girl, Soft Life in partnership with The Alignment Auntie and Femme Flo. We welcome you to join us at the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park for grounding, reflection, and poetry, then set sail on a 90-minute boat ride to celebrate how far we’ve come and set intentions for the months ahead. Come dressed in all white, ready to connect, set intentions, and flow into your next chapter— together.
