Soft Girl Circle

Soft Girl Circle (Part 1): Harvesting the Bloom Within

Vulnerability. Movement. Grounding. Community.

The Soft Girl Circle series is a sacred gathering and a space of connection, vulnerability, and community, especially during a time where there is so much chaos in the world.

Our theme for part 1 of the series is Harvesting the Bloom Within. As the season turns and nature reminds us of cycles of release and renewal, we gather to honor the internal blossoming that happens when we rest, as well as the silent battles we carry, often unseen.

This circle is a gentle invitation to root down, reflect, and celebrate the quiet beauty that blooms within when we make space for softness. Come to be vulnerable, present, and ready to embrace your softness in community.

Agenda

  1. Opening Circle & Reflection – Guided journaling activities + open group conversation, facilitated by Katrina Rojas, Founder of Soft Girl, Soft Life

  2. Gentle Stretch Flow – 30-minute slow flow movement practice with Meg Buschini (Mindful Meg), Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Post Partum Doula, and Reiki Healer

  3. Sound Bath Meditation – Restorative sound healing with Reyna Delacruz , Founder of of Sirena’s Secret

  4. Closing Ritual – Affirmations and gratitude practice

  5. Social & Connection – Light bites, flower bouquet bar, and La Foto Booth (photo booth)

The Outfit Vibe

Think cozy, flowy, and grounded. We invite you to come as your softest self — in pieces that make you feel comfortable, radiant, and at ease. Our theme, Harvesting the Bloom Within, pairs beautifully with soft autumn tones like blush, cream, sage, caramel, dusty rose, and golden neutrals.

We encourage:

  • Cozy knits or cardigans

  • Soft athleisure or Loungewear

  • Socks

Bring what feels natural to you — whether that’s a sweater dress with boots or yoga pants with a wrap. The goal is to feel at home in your body while still leaning into the dreamy, seasonal energy of the day. Just keep in mind that you will also be doing some stretching!
